The Coalition for Open Access Publishing of Public Health in Africa (COPPHA) announces a peer review training programme as part of the initiative to foster a robust open access publishing ecosystem specifically tailored to address African public health challenges.
The first of the two-part course, aimed at public health researchers, article reviewers, and journal editors, will begin on October 7, 2024. Structured into four sections, it is designed to equip public health professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the peer review process, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute effectively to the field of public health research. The second part of the course will be dedicated to open access publishing and open review.
The deadline for application is September 23, 2024.
