LIBSENSE is governed by the three regional research and education networks (RRENs) in Africa. They are the West and Central Africa Research and Education Network (WACREN) – WACREN is the regional body for West and Central Africa, the Arab States Research and Education and Network (ASREN) – for Northern Africa and the other Arab States and the Ubuntunet Alliance (UA) – for Eastern and Southern Africa.
LIBSENSE works closely with these RRENs to execute its strategic plan for Open Science in Africa.
